Where does the unit cost come from when MRP generates an OT?

Unit cost does not inherit from P43090 (PRRC) when MRP generates an OT.

Manual OT creation correctly pulls unit cost from P43090, but MRP-generated OTs instead default to cost method 08.

In the demand branch, a Supplier/Item price of approximately $2.00 is set up in P43090 with no price break. The supplier is correctly defined in the demand branch, and the Item Master Purchase Price Level is set to 2.

When processing an MRP message to create an OT in the demand branch, the resulting price in the OT order header pulls from cost method 08 rather than inheriting the Supplier/Item price from P43090.
