Update the due Billing and Due calendar but the new due date is not applied to the current charge
Dear Expert,
I have a question related to the Billing and Due Calendar in Student Financial. First the due calendar was set up incorrectly so the due date of the charges are posted incorrectly via tuition cal. Then the due date calendar is update with the correct number of days, we ran the tuition cal again, the new due date is not applied to the charge until we reverse the current charge and post a new one. Can you please let me know if this how the product behave. Is there any way that we can do so that the due date
