while downloading this patch i am getting this error given below.

Patch 24713453: CUMULATIVE HOTFIXES FOR CC&B 2.5 SP2 AND FRAMEWORK 4.3 SP2 - SEP'16

i have cleared all my browser then i have started to download the patch then also i am getting same issue

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
