Statspack Report 19c not showing SQL ORDERED BY READS section

Hello All,

We are using 19C SE2 on RHEL8 and we have Statspack configured. Time_stats set to true and snap_level@7 but still I see that on some databases the statspack report is not showing up SQL ORDERED BY READS section.

How to fix this if anyone can share who came across similar situation
