AHF Fleet Insights version 25.2 FAILED TO REGISTER UI ADMIN USER

HI

I got issue during install or patching AHF Fleet Insights version 25.2 , issue with Failed to register AHF Fleet Insights UI Admin user cause installation is rollback
once raise to oracle support it is the Bug 38863429 - FAILED TO REGISTER AHF FLEET INSIGHTS UI ADMIN USER which are running working under developement team to fixed this issue
