how to fix the serial assmebly wip job

we have a wip for serialised assembly and Job qty is at operation 4400 but serial still showing associated.

How can we link the serial with current operation sequence?

as it is serialised assembly so we can not take it retur via form base transaction and

neither using ZOC because in ZOC it is asking to enter serial and out serial is not yet progressed and it in associated status.

Please sugest way out.
