ACTIVITIES VIEW layout

Looking for an activities view with Group and Sort as follows: Top "Group By" Level - Resource Name, 2nd "Group By" Level - Project. with Project as the 2nd Group By Level, is there a way to sort the projects by total float instead of "Sort Bands Alphabetically"??

The desired view will show the Resource, their projects, and the activities within those projects assigned to them. The projects need to be able to be sorted, so as to show a "waterfall" view of the activities based on total float of the project.

I am using desktop P6 version 24.
