Can I pay someone to repair a damaged T10000T2 tape?

We have a tape that got stuck in a T10000D tape drive and some amount of the tape was damaged and lost. Is there someone we can pay to re-attach a leader block and make this tape mountable in a drive so that we can at least scan it and see if we can recover files off the remaining portion of tape?
