can't download OPatch 12.2.0.1.49 for DB 19.0.0.0.0 - Linux x86-64 - website gets stuck loading

We need to download the specified version of OPatch, but the website gets stuck loading after selecting the version we need.

We've seen several questions regarding this topic, and the common advice is to change browser or clear the cache. We've tried all of that. It doesn't work with Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. We've cleared the cache and tried downloading in incognito mode on three different systems, and we're encountering the same problem on all of them.

This issue only occurs with OPatch. We were able to download other Oracle CPU components we need without any problems.

Is there a workaround or a direct link to download the specified OPatch version?
