How to create a DFF in RFQ Form in iSupplier Module?

Hi

I need to create a DFF in oracle iSupplier module. (next to Action button) Once click on the RFQ number user needs to see a new DFF in this Interface. How to do it?

Ebs version = R 12.2.12
