January 2026 CPU problems

I have applied the patches for the January 2026 CPU to my development environment and now my application does not run.

I am running Oracle Forms 14.1.2.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10-0.3.

I am seeing the following messages in the formsapp diagnostic log file.
