Problem downloading GI RU 19.29 - PATCH 38298204

I can't download GI RU 19.29, the links don't work. DB RU 19.29 link works but points to IBM AIX on POWER platform. Anyway, i need GI RU 19.29 for Linux x86-64.

Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.
