Cannot download Patch 38759265: FMW Thirdparty Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.251212

Trying to download 38759265 and I made 5 attempts, logged out logged back in, cleared cookies/cache and switched browsers, and the download doesn't happen. Gets stuck at 76.5 MB of 126 MB. Is there a known issue? How can I go about downloading this patch?

On a sidenote, this new support interface - ugh! what a nightmare!! I used to be able to open non-technical SRs so easily. The new interface has removed much of that functionality and has significantly reduced ease of use and productivity.
