Hello,

The latest Critical Patch Update of January 2026 mentions a Security Vulnerability with the SBC release 9.3.0 and 10.0.0 as affected products.
Does this automatically mean that every patch prior to the this Patch Update is affected?
The latest patch for 9.3.0 is p10, released on January 19th. So I can be sure that p10 solves the security vulnerability?
Yes, maybe this information I need is present in the patch' Readme, but I can't download the Readme, neither can I download the patch software from the Oracle Support Portal (400 Bad Request when clicking on the links). This is one of the many problems on the new Oracle Support Portal ;-). For this I've created a Support ticket.
