Downloaded Patch/Zip-file won't open -> Patch 38799653: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 14.1.1.0.251226

Hello,

We recently downloaded the new JDK version (p38757469_180_481_Linux-x86-64) and everything went fine regarding the download and opening the zip-file. However, after downloading the new patches for Weblogic "Patch 38799653: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 14.1.1.0.251226" or "Patch 38793419: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 14.1.1.0.251223", the downloaded zip-files won't open: "The ZIP-compressed folder '/path/../' is invalid."

Can somebody please let me know if that is a general issue currently and when this will be fixed?
