RU19.30 Availability

I understand there were problems with Release Update 19.30 Jan-20-2026, and that it has been pulled back. Does anyone know when it should be made available again? I had opened a ticket with Oracle Support, and they confirmed it should be available Jan 26. Obviously, that's not the case, has Oracle given a trustworthy new release date especially for x86-64 platform? it's not practical to just keep checking every few hours to see if it's baked yet.
