Access Denied for downloading the latest critical patch update - Oracle JRE 8 Update Patch 38757478

Hi Oracle support team,

I am trying to download the latest version of Java for Windows, but the download option is greyed out, even though I am the administrator of the account.

Is there any way for me to download the latest patch released as part of the Oracle Critical Patch Update for January 2026?
