Should Expense Reports in Paid Status be Viewable on My Expense Reports page?

We have not used My Expense Reports fluid page but our auditor role does have access to the page. We need a way to add an attachment to an expense report already in paid status. The below blog indicated that beginning in image 44, the My Expense Reports page would provide this capability. Can someone please confirm? On My Expense Reports page we seem to see pending, in approvals, pending payment, but the View All does not include past paid reports, even from a couple of weeks prior.
