BenRothThresholdUpdate Notification

During testing, I received two email notifications for the test employee I staged. I assumed it was our test environment because the EMPLID was only recorded once in the delivered notification log. We just deployed Secure 2.0 into production today and employees received more than one notification. I didn't do much with the setup for notification composer, as it was delivered with the PRP. I just had to add the Notification Name in Notification Settings and check "Enable by Default" for In-App (Alert) and Email. We don't do text notifications. I made sure all
