Patch 32347023 files can't be downloaded

Does anyone has facing the issue to download the eTRM files from the patch screen?

Patch contains 6 files together and no file is downloading into local folder rather throwing same error for all files.

"400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large"
