Screening Questions for PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway
We are implementing PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway(CG). Customer doesn't want to use the PS delivered 10 Employment Preferences questions(regarding Shift, Full/Part time etc.) We need to show different question set on CG and for some of these questions knockout logic will be applied , meaning depending upon Candidate response , (s)he will be automatically rejected.
We have created Answers, Questions, Questions set and have it linked to Resume Template Pre-Screening section, removed Preference Step from the Template. So the PS delivered preferences questions are not appearing and client specific questions appear under Questionnaire Sub-step (Qualifications steps). Candidate response can be seen Under Job Opening within TAM but doesn't seem to enforce candidate rejection even though Percent Needed to pass is defined 100% on Resume Template.
