Saved WebADI documents not able to integrate with EBS Sessions

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are encountering an issue where we try to upload or perform any activity on Saved WebADI documents, getting a below error.

We have enable/disable all macro/protected/ActiveX settings over excel and still getting this error. The main challenge is to identify source of the issue either it is with excel or browser settings. This is happening over all modules at the Organization level.
