Sip-manipulation to change uri-host in Re-INVITE

Hello I'm trying to to implement a Sip-Manipulation to apply as Input in my Ingress sip-interface

The Idea is change the uri-host of the request-uri from C0324H2501.sbclis.oneit.pt to the value that cames in the ID tag on the To header (in this case is 172.18.214.150)

I did a manipulation that gets the value in the ID field and stores it in $checkTotHeader.$2 . For testing proposes I just add a new Sip header Field called X-AXIANS2 where I put that value that I take form $checkTotHeader.$2 and I can see the in this case is stored 172.18.214.150.

My big problem is replace in the reques-uri that cames like this
