PSoft HCM 9.2 ePerformance: Average rating not displaying on Manager generaterd doc w/ Participants

if we have the configuration setup to include the Average rating per section for an ePerformance document template, should the average rating be displayed when the manager attempts to print the full document? At this time, the document is including the Participant feedback, the employee comment, and the Manager's comment, however, the average rating per section is not being displayed. Note: It does display when you print the Participant evaluation.
