JSI not displaying open commitments even when the amount exists PA ledger type in F0902 and PO file

The JSI screen doesn't show Open Commit amount even when the PO ledger has the amount for PA ledger type the drill down into the job for the "commitment inquiry" row exist has the Open amount for the account code selected the Open amount. This is a 2WM PO  (purchase orders are matched with invoices with no receiving).  I checked the "OCA" column has the correct formular. Why does JSI do not display the open commit?
