Read/Write Performance issue on ACFS mounted on DBsystem as NFS

Hi,

I have deployed multiple ODAs across different versions, ranging from 19.17 to 19.29. As part of my standard practice, I create an ACFS on the bare metal as a /staging area to store patch files, database backups for migrations, and Data Guard purposes. This /staging area is mounted on the DB system as NFS using the ASM internal IP.

However, during recent deployments on versions 19.27 and 19.29, I encountered issues with this NFS mount point. Backup and restore operations appear to take significantly longer than usual, even on an empty database. In some cases, the processes seem to hang. To validate this, I repeated the same steps on an older ODA version (19.19), and external NFS with same NFS parameter and did not observe the same issues.
