Dear All,

We are using Oracle EBS 12.2.14, db: 19c RU28.

Report: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Technology Codelevel Checker (ETCC).

Result: [WARNING] 38291812 - DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.29.0.0.251021 is not applied.

Trying patch download, download window appears with password need to be entered.

I used to download such patches without password request.

Note: This is first download after portal upgrade.
