HCM - Delegation Acceptance - More / Resubmit button

Hi All,

We are on Tools 8.61.09 and HCM PUM Image 52.
We are experiencing an issue when a delegate is accepting a delegation, behind the more button there is a Resubmit button. Have you noticed this button and does anyone know what the intended functionality of the Resubmit button.
I have performed some searches on Oracle Support and found the below items(s). These items appear to be related to a FIN PUM Image 47 fix. Does anyone know the equivalent HCM PUM Image that resolves this issue ???
