Anyone convert their PDB in EBS 12.2 to non case sensitive yet

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

In preparation form 26ai

Following note:

Implementing Case-Insensitive Pluggable Database Names with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 and 12.1 on Oracle Database 19c Multitenant Architecture

There seems to be a part left out or missing and that is when changing the apps env Oracle creates new directories for APPLSCF

For example in my FS_NE/inst directory there now exists two directories

P1234_avl-ofa-t01
p1234_avl-ofa-t01

The capital PXXXX is the new APPLCSF reference and the pXXXX is the old one. If we leave it like this how will the application be able to view any old request in the p1234 directory as the outfile_name points to the lower case but isn't referenced in the APPLCSF variable?
