Journal Entry Balancing Not behaving as expected

I am trying to determine in the attached exported Journal Entry why line 292 is occurring. I would expected based on our balancing rules that the entire $610.77 posting to company 20 to be included in the interfund line 291 for $610.77.

I cannot seem to figure out an easy way to export our balancing rules, but this journal entry contains 3 companies; 10, 20, and 40. Everything on the Journal Entry makes sense to me besides line 292. I am unsure if there is an easy query I can run to pull our balancing rules to assist, but I cannot seem to quantify why line 292 is occuring.
