How do I stop the absence calc from processing resetting entitlements for each segment?

We have some entitlements that are reset on January 1st each year & configured to Calculate When Absence Occurs. Some employees have multiple sequences on their job data and as a result, when absence calc occurs, each empl rcd sequence translates to multiple segments and each segment gives the employee the 5 day reset amount. So if an employee has an empl rcd with 3 sequence entries, then the employee ends up with 15 days accrual entitlement instead of 5.

How do I stop the sequence entries from adding the accrual multiple times instead of just resetting once?
