Need BIP output to be 'Actual Size' in using AE/RTF Template. Where set pcl-page-scale=1.0?

In Peoplesoft, I am setting PCL_EDGE_TO_EDGE_SUPPORTED to True in the BIP Global Properties page under Printer Properties.

Peoplebooks says "Use this property with pcl-page-scale=1.0 to get the original 100% size page output."

Where do I set pcl-page-scale? Do I pass it as a PCL command in the Word RTF Template? Do I add it as an Advanced Property? I do not see it in BIP Global Properties. Nor the Process Definition.

I am trying to implement HCM BIP Check printing. Currently we use the legacy SQR only check printing.

I attempting to format the MICR placement to fit within the Troy MICR document Template.
