Upgrading Oracle database Appliance from 19.28 to 19.29 failed

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

we are upgrading Oracle database Appliance from 19.28 to 19.29
the update-server workflow failed during the step
Patch GI with RHP

the job ended with:
DCS-10110 : failed to complete the operation

However :
GI home 19.29 has been successfully deployed
CRS is running from /u01/app/19.29.0.0/grid
crsctl query crs activeversion confirms 19.29
opatch lsinventory confirms 19.29 RU aaplied
cluster is stable

But :

odacli describe-component still reports GI insatlled version 19.28

odacli update-gihome reports " Oracle Grid insfrastructure is already patched to latest"

We need assistance to :

Resynchronisation ODA DCS metadata with actual Gi runtime version (19.29

clear the incomplete "Patch Gi with RHP" state

please advice on the supported process to correct DCS
