Automatic Archive log backups have stopped.

I'm on an X-8 2HA. One is still working , the other quit doing the archive log backups. The Sunday night L0 and the daily L1's are running on time and without issue. The ARCHIVELOG backups are not running every 1/2hour. Schedules appear not to be running automatically for the ARCHIVELOGS but the L1 and L0 run as expected. Manual rman and create-backup command run fine.

Suggestions before I submit a support ticket?
