In Oracle R12, selecting contact for SB294 (detained/arrested at work)

Hello,

In oracle R12, is there a way to add a contact for an employee who is detained/arrested at work. I see that in the people screen, there is a contact section and then you can choose a relationship and emergency is an option but is there a way to create anothe rtype of relationship solely for this reason?
