OIG 12c - Latest form for OID connector

I added a new field in the Form Designer (Design Console) for the OID form. The new field was added to the UD_OID_USR table, and I activated the new version.
However, when I created a new user in the Identity Console, I did not see the new attribute in the OID account form.

Newly added attribute AuthSessionTimeout.
