How to verify PDB in refreshable pdb clone prior cutover

We are planning to migrate a PDB to another host using a refreshable PDB clone. I have reviewed several articles and conducted my own testing. However, I have a question regarding the final step of the process.

After placing the source PDB in READ ONLY mode and performing the final refresh on the target PDB, how can we properly verify that both PDBs are fully synchronized?

I attempted to compare the SCN between the source PDB and the target PDB’s last refresh SCN. However, the SCN on the source side continues to increase, as CURRENT_SCN reflects the CDB-level SCN on the source container database.
