The Absence Request Delegation is not routing the approvals to Proxy (Delegate)

Hi,

We are implementing Delegation into fluid system. But the Absence Request approvals are not routing to Proxy and it is going to directly to Manager (Delegator).

The below steps which we have followed:

1. Create an delegation of Absence Requests to one proxy

2. Login to the application as proxy and approve the delegation request

3. Login as one employee and submit an absence request

4. Note that the approve is sent to the Main Delegator instead of the Proxy.

We have 16 active proxies in the current system, but it is working for them alone not any new Delegates (Proxy).

Any suggestions or guidance is much appreciated.
