reference: Interoperability Notes: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Oracle Database 19c KA1056

have question on Patch: 26521736, Article KA1056 says

  • <Patch 26521736> - 19c interoperability patch for Release 12.2
    Not needed if you have all of the following:
    • Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.10 or later versions
    • AD Delta 12 or later versions

we are EBS R12.2.10 with Database 12.1.0.2 . with AD/TXK on C17.

My question is do we need to apply Patch: 26521736 before upgrading to 19c?
