adding a=fmtp:101 0-15 to SPD lines.

Hi Team,

I have the invite message but it doenst contain the a=fmtp:101 0-15 line

is there any HMR Setup i can do to add the missing line please.

here is the current SDP

c=IN IP4 22.22.22.22
t=0 0

m=audio 20300 RTP/AVP 0 101
a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000

and this is what i am looking to have

a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000
