Requisition Import Updated Wrong Source Org Id

We are using PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL to create internal requisitions for inter-org transfer of goods. We enter Org A in interface table as Source Organization but when we submit requisition import request, requisition is created with Source Organization with Org B. This is the strange issue we are facing. Any help to find root cause of this issue will be appreciated.
