Oracle Forms SSO Login Stopped Working after January 2026 CPU

We have a system where the Oracle Form SSO Login stopped working after the application of the January 2026 CPU. Shortly before the patch, the server certificate for the Oracle Access Manager Server was updated. The system was functioning normally after the certificate was updated.

We are running Oracle Forms 14.1.2.0 and Oracle Access Manager 14.1.2.1 on RHEL 8 with Oracle Database 19c (19.30.0.0) also on RHEL 8.

When attempting to connect to the application with SSO, OAM successfully validates the users and the forms session starts but fails with FRM-93652.

We are seeing the following in webgate.log:

I have attached the dump file created by Forms for this.
