19.27 2-nodes RAC with Active Dataguard

The Autoupgrade build.version 25.5.251015 release note states that:

AUPG-4413
AutoUpgrade Patching now supports patching a standby database

Does this mean Autoupgrade can now be used to patch servers configured with Active Dataguard using out-of-place patching and standby-first methods?
