How do you control margins in the BIP output when using an RTF template?

How do you control margins in the BIP output when using an RTF template?

Currently, changing the margin in the RTF template does not affect the output at all. The output shows up in the Report Respository looking the same no matter what we set the left margin to.

We are on Peopletools 8.60.19, HCM PUM50, Tax Update 25-E.
