EOL date and compatibility

Hi Team,

What's the EOL of latest OPA 12.2.36 (latest on-prem release) version & as we are using BIP 12.2.1.4 on FMW/WLS 12.2.1.4 which will be out of support post Dec'26. Should one proceed with OAS 8.2 further , if yes is OAS 8.2 compatible with siebel 25.12 and upcoming versions.
