DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to stop crs. while patching ODA from 19.27 to 19.29

Hi Everyone,

Ours is a Oracle Database Appliance X11 Small ODA box.
We recently moved from X7 2S to X11 S/L
After moving to X11 Box, this is our first quarterly bundle patch upgrade from 19.27 to 19.29

server pre-patch report completed fine.

However, while running update-servercomponents, we encountered error as below:

/opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli update-servercomponents -v 19.29.0.0.0 failed with the following error:
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to stop crs.

Pls advise how to proceed further.
