How to manage the Oracle Installation User, Grid Home Owner and Oracle Home Owner in Windows

This question concerns the "Oracle Installation User", "Grid Home Owner" and "Oracle Home Owner" used when installing Grid Infrastructure Oracle 19c.
I want to install the 19c Grid and SEHA2 Database on server 2022 in a microsoft domain with full microsoft security baseline there the DC doesn't accept NTLM 
and the oracle service cannot run under an account that is a member of the local administrators group. 

I started with just two accounts oc-grid-owner and oc-oracle-owner that there members of the local of the local administrators groups on my two nodes. 
I started the grid installation just for node 1, as
