Oracle EBS: Is there a seeded genealogy report to show as built configuration for an assembly

Scenario- Multi-level Bill of Material.

End assembly is Serialized and there are many serialized and lot controlled items reporting at various level below it. Our requirement is to get a as-built report that will shows us the various serial numbers and lot numbers that were used at each level of the BOM leading to the end assembly.
