Request Feedback Date Not Captured Correctly in Job Requisition

We are facing an issue on the Job Requisition page.

Issue Description:
When a candidate completes the interview, the Request Feedback action is performed and sent to the respondent or collaborator. In cases where the respondent does not submit the feedback, the Hiring Manager will perform the Renew Request action.

However, when the Renew Request action is performed, the system displays only the latest request date (the date when the Renew action was performed). The system does not display or retain the original date when the initial Request Feedback action was performed.

Business Impact:
As per the business expectation, both the original Request Feedback date and the Renew Request date should be captured and visible. Currently, since only the latest date is shown, it creates confusion and gives the impression that the feedback was requested only on the Renew Request date, which is misleading for the Hiring Manager.
