Patches apply but see strange errors rleated to .patch_storage

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 2 comments

I applied the GI patches no problem, when I applied the patches to oracle it appears to succussed but near the end I see $ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage/oracle-home-17719324400920/OPatch/opatch line 1502:NUL:Permission denied

Is anyone else getting errors like this when patching?
